OUR RATES & POLICIES
Rates below include all includes full breakfast.
EAGLES NEST SUITE:
 $130.00 per night, based on double occupancy, includes full breakfast. (Sleeps three comfortably)
$20.00 per additional person
ORCA ROOM:
$100.00 per night, based on double occupancy, includes full breakfast. (full bed only)
POLICIES:
Reservation Deposits: A 50% deposit from the total reservation is required within 10 days of making the reservation.
Cancellation: Your 50% deposit is non-refundable if less than a 30 day cancellation notice is given. No refunds for early departure.
Payment may be by money order or traveler's check. A reservation confirmation card with balance due and deposit receipt is sent immediately after deposit is received.
Children over the age of ten only.
No smoking in the room. Smoking allowed outside under covered deck .
No pets allowed.
Check in and checkout times are flexible due to the float planes and ferry schedule.
